1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck445 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including but not limited to BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck445 does not accept payments in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly and reflected in your ck445 account balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take 2-4 hours to process depending on your bank's processing times. ck445 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees which are beyond our control.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method: bKash/Nagad/Rocket (৳50,000 per transaction), Upay (৳25,000 per transaction), bank transfer (৳500,000 per transaction). 4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit whenever possible. Upon termination, you will not be permitted to create a new account. Any funds in your account balance at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any amounts owed to ck445 (unpaid fees, chargebacks, fraudulent winnings, etc.). Bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. You are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance before requesting closure.
